You have three days to pay by cheque (please indicate your booking reference on the back of the cheque). Your bookings must be accompanied by a cheque made payable to the Régie de recettes de l'Opéra, a copy of your IDand a stamped envelope with your name and address for the tickets to be sent by post.
Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged except in the event of a performance cancellation. If changes are made during the season, to the programmes or the announced cast, or if you are late or absent on the day of the performance, tickets will not be refunded or exchanged. No refunds or exchanges will be given if the performance is interrupted after more than half of the performance time has elapsed.
